DAY 01 : Arrival to Istanbul: (Meals: No)
Welcome to Istanbul - meet in the arrivals hall of Istanbul Ataturk Airport and transfer on to the hotel. Remainder of day/evening then free at leisure. Overnight in Istanbul
DAY 02 : Istanbul Oldcity tour : (Meals: Breakfast+Lunch)
Breakfast, visit to the ancient Byzantine Hippodrome where you will tour the Egyptian Obelisk, Serpentine Column, Fountain of Wilhelm II, the elegant Blue Mosque famous with its heavenly six minarets and the Hagia Sophia Museum, built during the reign of Emperor Theodosius and burned down in the fire of Nika Revolt in 532 A.D. After lunch visit the Topkapi Palace (excluding harem), residence and administrative center of the Ottoman Sultans. Overnight in Istanbul.
DAY 03 : Bosphorus cruise and Dolmabahce: (Meals: Breakfast+Lunch)
Breakfast at the hotel, 08:20 Meet in hotel lobby to join on full day regular group tour starting with a cruise along the Bosphorous offering views from the vessel of various majestic palaces, mansions & villas, mosques and other sites that line its shores. Then on to visit the Spice Bazaar, Dolmabahce Palace, Bosphorous Bridge and Camlica Hill for panoramic views. Evening Back to hotel then free at leisure. Overnight in Istanbul.
DAY 04 : Flight from Istanbul to Athens: (Meals: Breakfast)
Breakfast, check-out and as per chosen flight time transfer to Istanbul Ataturk Airport, 16:00 pm Depart on one-way international flight from Istanbul to Athens, 17:25 pm Arrive and meet for transfer to hotel, rest of day/evening free at Leisure. Overnight in Athens.
DAY 05 : Delphi Sightseeing Tour: (Meals: Breakfast+Lunch)
Breakfast at hotel then meet to join on full day regular group Delphi Tour. Depart on drive through the fertile plain of Boeotia, crossing towns of Thebes - connected with tragedy of King Oedipus - Levadia and Arachova. In Delphi visit the ruins of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios. Visit the Treasury of the Athenians, the Temple of Apollo and Museum containing such masterpieces of Ancient Greek sculpture as the bronze Charioteer and the athlete Aghias. Overnight in Athens
DAY 06 : Saronic Island Cruise of Hydra, Poros & Aegina: (Meals: Breakfast+Lunch)
Breakfast at the hotel 07:40 Meet in hotel lobby for transfer to Piraeus for embarkation on the Saronic Island excursion cruise boat. Sail for the island of Hydra where you have time (around 1 hour) for a stroll, shopping or swimming. Then sail for Poros, the smallest of the three islands, separated from the Peloponnese by a narrow strait and offering a most enchanting view of Poros Town. Your time at leisure in Poros will be about 60 minutes. Lunch will be served during the voyage. On board again and after a two hour trip arrive to the last port of call, the island of Aegina. Here you once again have some free time at leisure to stroll around or swim. Embarkation for the voyage of return. Overnight in Athens
DAY 07 : Athens City Tour then flight to Cairo: (Meals: Breakfast)
Breakfast served at the hotel & check-out (luggage stored at hotel until departure) 07:40 Meet at hotel to join on half day morning regular group Athens City Tour which takes you to the Acropolis visiting the Parthenon, Propylaea, Temple of Athena Nike & the Erechtheion. Also visit the New Acropolis Museum. During panoramic drive section of the tour you have views from the tour coach of the House of Parliament, Memorial to Unknown the Soldier, National Library, Evzones in picturesque uniform, Presidential Palace, the Panatheanic Stadium (where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held in 1896), Temple of the Olympian Zeus and Hadrian's Arch.13:30 End of the morning tour with some free time at leisure to explore further on your own 16:30 Meet in the hotel lobby for transfer to Athens Airport,19:30 Depart on one-way international flight from Athens to Cairo, 21:30 Arrive and meet for transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Cairo
DAY 08 : Memphis, Sakkara, Giza Pyramids & Sphinx: (Meals: Breakfast+Lunch)
Breakfast then meet with your private tour guide and begin the sightseeing tour with a visit to Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt dating from 3100 BC which contains the beautiful representation of King Ramsis II through his colossal statue. Then proceed on to Sakkara where you will visit the world-famous Step Pyramid of King Zoser, the oldest known of Egypt's 107 Pyramids. At the Pyramids area, visit the three Pyramids built for Pharaohs Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus on the Giza Plateau and the mysterious Sphinx. Overnight in Cairo (meals: breakfast & lunch included)
DAY 09 : Egyptian Museum, Old Cairo & Khalily Bazaar: (Meals: Breakfast+Lunch)
Breakfast then again meet with your private tour guide and depart on to visit the Egyptian Museum, the Citadel of Saladin (Alabaster Mosque & Tomb of the Ottoman ruler Mohamed Ali) along with Old Cairo area where you find a mixture between the Islamic & Christian Monuments such as: Abu Serga Church, Al Mo'allaqa Church or the Hanging Church which date back to the beginning of the 5th Century AD and built in basilica style. The day also includes a visit to the famous Khan El-Khalily Bazaar. Overnight in Cairo.
DAY 10 : Departure transfer: (Meals: Breakfast)
Breakfast, check out from hotel and transfer to Cairo airport as per your flight departure time.
